January 5, 2026Chill community, friendly staff and maintenance crew. Year round activities in the office, specially for kids. Community upkeep is good, there’s weekly and monthly landscaping maintenance, leaf blowers, pressure washing the building and even the concrete is done once a year. Mandated inspections are on point. Compared to other places I lived, these are things I noticed outstanding . The dumpster area is usually kept clear as well, and lately trash pick up has been way better. These are older ...community buildings, but for what they provide and charge rent, it’s somewhat reasonable, comparing to others in the area. December 29, 2025Location is awesome based on where I work - also within easy walking distance of the restaurant row area of Chastain road. Neighbors usually do not make excessive noise. However maintenance crews often do make excessive noise in the mid morning hours. Some neighbors definitely smoke weed and the smell is obvious when walking outside. Another neighbor often doesn’t put his dog on a leash- although the dog in question is usually well behaved. It’s also not unusual to see dog poop around the place ...as well since some people obviously don’t clean up after their dogs despite supposedly being required to do so.Property Manager Responded

October 20, 2025This apartment complex on Busbee Parkway Kennesaw is a very nice place to live in. The front office staff are very friendly, nice and highly knowledgeable. I was looking for a place that I could call home after selling my house and this Greenhouse apartment did not disappoint. It's tranquil and safe environment are absolute pluses. I have lived here for close to a year and so far I haven't encountered any problem. I work from home couple of days in a week and haven't had any issues with noise or ...loud neighbors—no issue with break-ins etcetera. Anytime I have a maintenance issue, all I need to do is to open a maintenance ticket, take picture/s and usually takes about 1 to 3 days to get fixed with appropriate feedback. The apartment complex has a well equipped gym and always pleasant to work out after work any day and on weekends. The well sized pool is awesome. Loving it so far and will recommend to anyone in the apartment search phase.Property Manager Responded

October 6, 2025I'm really dissatisfied with this apartment complex. It seems that they care more about the visual esthetics of the complex. I.e. the leasing office. That's been re. Remodeled, but our apartments still have old dishwashers and old, very small stoves. The refrigerators are also very small. The maintenance team takes too long to respond to maintenance requests. And as stated before, I have a continuous mold problem that no one seems to care aboutProperty Manager Responded
