November 10, 2025The entire building is under construction from September-May (which I will be shocked if that timeline stands) and residents were only given a few weeks warning with no flexibility for accommodations. The on property staff is fantastic but at the end of the day, they are taking orders from the management company and my experience with the management company has been awful. They don't care about their residents and I would avoid this place at all costs. My lease can't end fast enough!Property Manager Responded

Best maintenance team.
August 15, 2025I have been living here for about three months and I will say that it has been such a positive experience. From the front desk to the apartment itself and my favorite, the maintenance team. David and Orlin and josiah are at my door within 20 minutes, sometimes less, when I file a maintenance request. They are so kind and fix everything to the best of their ability, compared to all my other apartments this is by far the best. Greenside is great!
October 26, 2021Greenside is such a great place to live! The leasing office and maintenance teams are always super friendly and willing to help. You can't beat the location- the area is calmer while still being no more than 10 minutes from South End, Uptown, and Midtown. The greenway right down the road has been one of my favorite parts of living here. The amenities are top notch, including the new dog park! I leased here sight unseen from out of state and couldn't have imagined myself picking a better ...apartment. Noisy all the time.
October 14, 2020If you are facing the greenside you are always going to have extremely annoying noise, either landscapers with blowers from all the properties around, tree pruners chain saws, wood chippers, garbage trucks, helicopters from the hospital late at night or ambulances, and firetrucks. I know this is out of the management control, but be aware, nice view, but it comes with a noisy price.Property Manager Responded

Great Place to Live
February 16, 2020I’ve lived at Greenside for 14 months and it has been an outstanding experience. The complex is beautiful, in a great location, and pretty quiet generally. The rooms are very sleek and well sized. The people around the building are very nice and the staff is incredible. Any issues you report are dealt with quickly, if you have any at all. There is more than enough parking at all times. The building is pet friendly, but it does not give off the overwhelming sense of “this is definitely for pet ...people.” The amenities are nice and do not get overly crowded like at some other complexes.
