I love this complex. It's incredibly safe, with one entrance/exit gate requiring key to get in and a code to get out. It makes me feel much safer considering I live alone. Also very quiet and peaceful. Staff is very helpful and friendly as are the other residents. I've been here almost two years with no problem. Maintenance can be a little slow with requests unless it's an emergency. Other than that, absolutely no complaints. The apartment units are roomy with a very comfortable, homey feel. Also ...

These are amazing apartment, they are quite, cozy and especially clean. They maintain everything from trash pick up at your door, to trimming hedges all over the complex. The pool is so clean and fun to play in. Easy access to every where, Valero Gas station within steps. Tents very freindly and two police offiers on site. Love the quite and peacefullness and sure you'll love it too.

The best and nicest apartment complex I have ever lived at. Its quiet, we have a 2 bed/2 bath and pay less then we did for a 2 bed/ 1.5 bath and a bigger complex.
