The revolving door of employees never has any idea what theyre talking about because the management company is left scrambling to figure things out when they inevitably quit within a month of being hired. The office staff, especially the manager as of current, have less than 0 empathy and care for fair housing practices. They will wait MONTHS with denying you allowing to pay and charge late fees then lie about it after and will NOT communicate with you the ...entire time unless you badger them. If i could suggest never living here it wouldnt be enough, steer entirely clear of every woodspear property, they do not care about your experience living at their properties. Since ive moved in, no exaggeration, there has been 4-5 managers, 5-10 assistant managers, and 5-6 leasing agents and it hasnt even been a year. NEVER move here if you want to stay sane.Read More

January 31, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comI would not recommend anyone to move here. My apartment has mice and they do the very minimum to resolve the problem. My car was stolen in broad daylight and 6 months later someone tried to steal my new car. People leave their old furniture at the dumpsters frequently and there's trash left on the ground around the dumpsters. The neighbors are noisy and I'm constantly calling the office to ask them to talk to them. If you value your peace of mind, you won't have it living here. I'd give them a 0 ...but it's not an option.Read More

March 30, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comHorrible place to live. Every month I've been here I've had to deal with a loss of power, water, and/or heat. The emergency maintenance crew told me to boil water when I had no heat or hot water when I called to report the issue. We haven't been able to use mailboxes due to vandalism for two months forcing us to go to the post office to pick up our mail. There is a playground area for children but it is usually filled with children spewing curses, causing property damage, and throwing trash ...everywhere. Despite paying for a two bedroom apartment, I am only allowed one parking spot, regularly forcing me to park on the other side of the complex. The laundry facilities are a constant mess with detergent splashed all over the machines and trash on the floor. The staff is rude and will attempt to blame the first person they can find for damage or pet waste without actually trying to deal with the problem. Management will schedule "inspections" so they can send people into the apartments to spy on you without actually breaking the law. Do not move here if you care about your health or well-being.Read More

October 5, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comI've lived here for a year now, and this is easily the biggest steal in Denver (even in the middle of COVID). Reasonable pricing for a clean, spacious but cozy apartment, great location, very responsive and helpful staff, consistent, friendly maintenance everywhere, perfect amenities in spite of COVID, excellent sound insulation, and an overall calm, safe vibe (seems like many families from all over the country and world). If I could afford it alone, I would stay in a heartbeat for much longer, ...but the studio is pretty pricey :(. Definitely recommend to anyone with roommates/SO or a sizeable solo income.Read More
