ROACHES BE AWARE
August 5, 2024I moved in last weekend. Before I even moved anything in I saw a roach. In my apartment I have found a roach in every room daily. Also I called maintenance about my door lock missing screws. No maintenance has showed up to put two screws for lock. Think twice about moving in. Not for the Squemish

Roaches Etc.
March 29, 2021We have been living here for almost a full year and let me tell you....Roaches everywhere, it doesn’t matter how many times someone comes over to stop them they don’t go away! That is one of our major issues. We are thinking it’s because of some nasty neighbors we have but nobody seems to ever talk to them about it! Also poor paint job, everytime we tried to clean the walls the paint just chips off. The doors in the apartment don’t lock because of how bad they placed it! Cracks on walls and ...ceiling’s, maintenance would try to fix it but never come back like they promise to check on them, so some work gets rushed. Laundry room is nasty!! Nobody comes to clean the machines so I have to clean my machine that I use everytime! I just want to live here comfortably without any roaches and nasty smells coming from the hallways, to odd neighbors and I’m not sure if I heard gun shots outside but for a week we kept hearing what seems to be gun shots. Rent is expensive for all these issues to happen. Please make this place better and safe for us! Thank you.Property Manager Responded

TRIFLING
January 12, 2021Everything about this place is terrible BEWARE! Also All the apartments constantly smell like sewage PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!! Unless you like disgusting neighbors, a nasty smelling apartment that is poorly constructed,and lack of security to watch out for theft. I could really go on forever with the many issues I’ve encountered while living here. The good reviews are more than likely left by people who haven’t lived here long enough to see any issue or they are apart of the problem ...other than that believe the bad reviews because those are true!Property Manager Responded

August 23, 2018The service guys are really what makes this place. They have taken really good care of my apartment and they are really fast! My neighbors are pretty nice too. Terrible
May 23, 2018This place is infested with mice. Very unprofessional in the way they get things done and they DO NOT care if you complain. The garbage is always disgustingly full. Office recently has new management which sucks, all they care about is getting the rent paid to them on time. Unproffesional
October 11, 2015So ive lived her for so almost 2 years the new owners recently bought out the apartment complex and are rude and unproffesional. I had to move apartments do to my bathroom floor having a big hole in it. So we waiting over a month for them to get a new apartment ready well it was finally done and we mived in the kitchen had one side brand new and the other side old rusty nasty moldy cabinets a hole around the electric box and so many other issues. We were promised that the issues would be fixed ...the day after we moved in. They never fixed them its now been 3 months i had a city inspector come out and they gave them many violations including the entire kitchen. That was over a month ago and they havent responded ame and done anything the city is about to take them to court as well... I am so over this amd its not the entire place its only one women in the office the boss she is racist and ignorant and calls people after hours to try and bully them i will be taking her to court ro terminate my lease soo. July 30, 2015The apartment has a great remodeled kitchen & bathroom. And two nice sized bedrooms the dinning / living room is a decent size. they have onsite laundry facility.
