Run Run Run !!!
June 25, 2020Run Fast don’t look back! The manager is very rude. The A/C is window unit have reported to manager apartment is very hot in bedroom and bathroom. Manager said, “deal with it “. The manager and maintenance are never on the property. Have been waiting for 5 months for the maintenance to fix electrical issue in my apartment. Had to call the fire department because heard cracking sound and smell of burning wires . Fire department said, “ it’s from the roof leak is making the wires wet “ ...Run Don’t rent here . Worst management
December 19, 2019There is new management with very rude attitude. They will try to exploit you by saying have the recording and whatever ur complain is, its wrong...no matter how polite you are and its harrasing. The apartment is very old with least amenitie. No sink disposer, no central AC, no microwave, no dish washer and roof crack is everywhere. The AC only cools the living room.Review from Apartments.com
Accusing, Rude and apt is super OLD
December 18, 2019The management persons are very rude and the apt complex is super old ! No matter how polite you are if they don't like anything they will say they have the recording of your conversation and you are wrong -_- . Very hard to reach them , when you do you get that.... I think they try to exploit you by saying that recording stuff coz when I wanted to see it, they said they are not obliged to.
