June 30, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comMoved into my new place, it was dirty and has multiple serious issues. AC isn’t working properly. Kitchen sink doesn’t have cold water. Water damage on two walls. Large hole and uneven surface in backyard- hazardous! Rust stains in the shower. Broken exterior drain spouts. Overall unclean with dead bugs in the closet. No one could have signed off on this unit as ready and up to any standards.
