Could have been great but blew it
July 14, 2018This complex is in a great location. The amenities are very good. Apartments have decent floor plans. However, the appliances, carpet and finishes are not certainly what one expects in a high end property. Visitor parking is an issue often and the elevator is out of service at least a few times monthly. This complex had lots of promise but came up short.Review from Apartments.com
Awesome
September 21, 2015This is by far the best community i have ever lived at. The apt itself is great but its not just the awesome amenities they offer, its the services! Dry cleaning, Valet Trash, Dog walking, Package delivery, socials, Etc. They really do care about the residents and not just their job. Its refreshing to live somewhere that the money for rent isnt the most important thing to them. I would recommend this place to ANYONE the is moving to Greensboro or is from Greensboro and looking for a place. This ...is where you want to be.
