Poorly Maintained & ROACHES

Roaches everywhere. Literally everywhere. Our apartment had massive holes in random places in the kitchen and the bathroom they were never filled after multiple complaints. It didn’t matter though because I’m pretty sure the roaches were coming through the drain.
Garbage everywhere. This caused the place to smell horribly at times. And it wouldn’t get cleaned up for days.
Pools barely cleaned. Parking gates can be pushed open. People living in that complex across the street would come have ...
nightly pool parties.
The gym was decent but residents kept stealing the weights.
There was on instance of a homeless guy sleep outside of someone’s apartment door. Imagine waking up and opening your door to find someone sleeping there.
While it is a generally safe community, for the cost it shouldn’t be this filthy.
If you are just looking for somewhere safe —then stay here if you don’t mind the infestation.
