        I've enjoyed my almost seven years at Greenwood Point for the most part. I've seen people come and go. You current support staff in the front office is very helpful especially Kimberly! Kevin is very nice as well. I don't really know the manager.

        I recommend Greenwood Point. The management team is incredible - when we there are issues they have been proactive in addressing them as far as I’ve seen. I’ve seen other communities have broken garage doors for months, or other issues that were not addressed in a timely manner for residents. Greenwood is the most on top of it that I’ve seen. I’m very appreciative.

        Great office staff. Maintenance does a good job of fixing things when they actually show up. The apartments are falling apart and gross with cigarette residue and smoke damage. The garage was filthy and has graffiti and damage inside and out. The garage door seal is GONE. Holes In the drywall. The work out room is nice but out dated and some of the equipment is perpetually broken and worn out. Is it luxury? No. Is it worth the money? Barely. The staff is polite and courteous I love them. It's ...
        just everything else that mildly sucks. I can live with it though as long as I don't die from asthma attacks from smoke residue.
