March 14, 2025Great office staff. Maintenance does a good job of fixing things when they actually show up. The apartments are falling apart and gross with cigarette residue and smoke damage. The garage was filthy and has graffiti and damage inside and out. The garage door seal is GONE. Holes In the drywall. The work out room is nice but out dated and some of the equipment is perpetually broken and worn out. Is it luxury? No. Is it worth the money? Barely. The staff is polite and courteous I love them. It's ...just everything else that mildly sucks. I can live with it though as long as I don't die from asthma attacks from smoke residue.Property Manager Responded
