I know this isn’t a staff related issue. I’m not exactly sure who to reach out to but I know the website advertises that this place is very handicap approved but I can’t get my wheelchair to the tennis courts or the dog park or the regular park I can get to the pool although the staircase for getting in and out is a little difficult but again I know this is not a staff related issue. It’s just something I would like to point out since I do have a dog and being able to get to the dog park would be ...
something I’d like to do. As far as the staff and the moving in process, it was incredibly easy to do. The staff was amazing at helping me get through the process of moving into my first apartment. All questions were answered as quickly as possible, and any information I didn’t know or have the staff was quick and happy to provide any information I needed. I wasn’t rushed into making a decision. I was uncomfortable with overall a 10 out of 10 experience I think mostly due to the staff.
