Bugs and terrible staff

Only move in if you love bed bugs, roaches and being harassed by staff. Homeless people and drug addicts sleep in the stairwells and urinate in the halls. Tenants steal mail and leave food in the lobbies. Constant construction noise, no access to amenities and forever rising rent. It's not worth it. Look somewhere else.
