I have had a mixed experience at the Crest at Greylyn. Pros: It has friendly and helpful management and maintenance staff. It handles maintenance requests promptly. It's within walking distance of a great greenway (McAlpine). The grounds are generally clean. It's very conveniently located behind a Lidl. Cons: They don't exercise control over residents in a meaningful way. People smoke weed at the pool. I had problem with regular partying and pot smoking from my surrounding neighbors ...
essentially until they moved even though I regularly contacted management. They Gym is open during totally worthless hours if you have a job and the owners have made no effort to assist residents and don't seem to find any issue with the total failure to provide a promised service.

CaG is exactly what you expect in a corporate tenement, with one special note. Units are small and overpriced. Amenities are fine when they're open. And the neighbors don't respect the property at all. That's all typical. The one special note is the management staff. They're always welcoming, communicative, and understanding. I've never had such a pleasant experience with property management. They're the one part of CaG I'll be sad to leave behind when I move.

I was probably among the first to move here when the complex opened. My decision to do so was primarily because of the excellent customer service management provided from the beginning to present. This is a wonderful community. It is so well kept and the landscaping is elegant. The leasing office is very prompt with responding to emails, and I love the community portal. Everyone is highly professional, yet it still feels casual and like the community is a family.

I enjoy living at the Crest at Greylyn community, in my building the neighbors are quiet and respectful. Wifi is an included utility, which is a relief in this time of virtual everything. The community is also in walking distance or a very short car ride to many establishments, so you are never too far from what you need. The staff is also amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied.
