Inconsistent management and poor communication
September 19, 2025Parking enforcement was inconsistent. Management only responded when residents submitted photos of violations, which put the burden on tenants instead of proactive monitoring. I also had issues with my security deposit — I was told it had already been sent, but in reality it was only mailed after I followed up. While I did receive the check, the experience left me disappointed with how management communicated and handled the process.Review from Apartments.com
Very loud
June 18, 2025Every single night, motorcycle and cars will come in around 10:30 - 11:00 PM with windows open with speakers on MAX. Stay in the parking lot for 5-10 minutes and then leave. Random people will appear at your door freaking you out. The place itself is nice. Not your neighbors. I don't even know if it's your neighbor or not at this point. But if you are looking for a quite peaceful home, avoid this place.Review from Apartments.com
