Good for the neighborhood
June 12, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThese apartments are great for the area. Close to everything on professor (a quick walk). Management is alright, building is spotless. One negative: the parking garage is small and the spaces are measured for compact cars. I drive a small car and can fit fine within the lines, however I was asked to park flush up against the wall to make room for an oversized SUV (I guess this is Ohio).

The location is the best part - great restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and everything you need within walking distance. It feels safe, vibrant, and convenient without being too busy. Overall, it’s been an excellent place to live, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a great neighborhood atmosphere.
