Who even knew this place was here
March 15, 2024This community was extremely beautiful, with massive floorplans. The office staff was accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located with a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. It offered amenities that most communities did not. I only moved due to my job relocation. Deceptive, Problematic, Void of Service! Save your good credit & look elsewhere!
October 11, 2023Void of Office Personnel. Calls are never answered nor messages returned. Correspondence, Maintenance requests, & Pest Control issues are ignored! Massive accounting problems (payments LOST) and nefarious billing practices. Deceptive pricing & advertising of amenities. Not Luxury at all! Rude, poor, unprofessional managemrnt
August 17, 2023The place looks nice from a quick viewing, but it's very poorly managed: extremely dirty! The swimming pool water is green, cockroaches are everywhere! Stay away from this place!Property Manager Responded

Grove Park knocked it out of the park
June 19, 2023Let's face it, there is no place that is 100% Perfect for 100% of apartment dwellers. However, Grove Park knocked it out of the park 2 years ago with our Tallahassee search. We moved in to a brand new, luxury apartment with the most square footage around for a 2 bed/2 bath, lots of storage and awesome finishes within our price range. We just renewed for a 3rd year, as Grove Park did its best to remind us why we chose to be residents here in the first place. Kudos to grove Park for stepping up to ...the plate.
