I think that it's awesome for there to be a dog park for pets and etc. I also find it convenient that the complex have both a trash can a dumpster for larger items. August 23, 2024This is a gated community! The gate is broken sometimes but its due the tenants who fail to take care of the property they literally pay to live in. The office staff goes above and beyond to insure all of the amenities are working properly and are kept well however they can only do so much if the tenants do not do their part. My apartment is beautiful. I have a real working fireplace, garden tubs, a sunroom and a balcony! I’ve had maintenance issues and maintenance has never taken longer than 48 ...hours to respond or repair. My building is always being maintained by grounds keeping. They gym is nice and usually empty allowing me to get the workout I need. The pool is a nice size & is not micro managed by the office staff. We were able to utilize the facilities for the holiday without needing the office staff to be present. Overall I love where I live and I love that the staff entirely have been helpful, courteous, understanding & adaptable to my personal needs in the community.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 18, 2024Grove point is a tranquil community that includes plenty of useful amenities such a 24-hour gym & a beautiful resort style pool. The staff are very attentive and knowledgeable! I love my apartment and am looking forward to creating memories here.Review from Apartments.com
