Beautiful and spacious apartments

This property is excellent.
November 8, 2023I stopped by to visit some friends and family and was blown away that in little to no time after reporting an issue, maintenance was rapidly available and were able to resolve it in the most efficient way possible. The building was looking stunning and well-kept. Every aspect was clean and organized. Not only was the building itself well-kept but so were the barbeque and pool areas. Wonderful Home

Excellent apartment complex!
July 15, 2021My husband and I just moved out of miami, after 3 years of living here. The staff is amazing, very approachable and flexible. Josie and Eva were always willing to help any way they could. Ramon and manuela were very hardworking, kind and helpful. It is a great location, close to brickell, key biscayne, coral gables, coconut grove within 15-20 min. Right next to the metro for those that rather take the train to downtown area or airport. Pet friendly, neighbors were always kind. Staff would ...always complete service requests on a timely manner. Would totally recommend leasing here.Property Manager Responded

Love it! Moved In April 1st 2021
April 15, 2021Just moved in as of April 1st from NYC. Daylet was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She even helped us move in on Easter Sunday due to our own timing issues with traveling to Miami. After being in the building a few weeks, we can say that we love everything about it. The staff is friendly and helpful, and everyone we've ran into has been easy to talk to and very welcoming. We're looking forward to exploring the area, and living out our lease here at Grove Station ...Tower.Property Manager Responded
