Great location and management

I really love these apartments!
July 17, 2024We moved to the Grove in between looking for a house during Oct 2023 and Sep 2024. The office staff always went above and beyond to help us with any needs. Betsy at the office took care of use by helping us move into the townhome there and she was just always so attentive and prompt with everything . The location is gorgeous with all the shade, trees, dog park, and pathway to the woods for walking/hiking. We would definitly stay here again in the future. I also love how everyone is always ...outside.. all the families connecting and kids playing. This is a great place to live in such an amazing location.Property Manager Responded

Roaches everywhere
September 16, 2022Buildings are full of roaches. Literally picked a roach off my child! A huge one too at that! And they don’t show up for maintenance requests I have requests sitting there for weeks! Right after the new management raised rent at that!Property Manager Responded

Unpleasant and Noisy
May 21, 2021This place is loud and unpleasant with gangs of kids roaming the parking lot, screaming and throwing things at cars and buildings. It is impossible to work at home because of the noise, and if I had a nice car, I would be worried about it. I often see bicycles and scooters lying in parking spaces, making a not-great parking situation even worse. One good thing - the pool area is pretty.Property Manager Responded
