Many reasons NOT to move here.
May 24, 2025These apartments have asbestos in the (popcorn) ceilings, laundry room has no hot water and using after gross people with no hot water is NOT sanitary. The manager is rude and maintenance sucks and she has people on parole walking around probably going into your apartments fixing things. Pool was not being cleaned properly for many years. Dogs poop everywhere it smells so horrible and the dogs belong to family of Maintenace and they do NOT pick up after the dogs!!!! Most faucets are at a trickle ...and plumbing lol don't get me started. Dead trees dirt for grass that have animal poop, because the lawns are NOT maintained.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Excellent location and wonderful management
September 1, 2017We have loved living at Gruenewood Villas Apartments, it's located in a vibrant area of New Braunfels. Our apartment is spacious, the community is kind, & the management is kind and courteous. There is space to walk my dogs, which was a big deal for me. I've had no problems with plumbing or utilities. Management and staff are very easy to talk to and are understanding & care about their tenants. Highly recommend!Review from Apartments.com
