Gather tenants and start a tenants association meetings, make flyers speak to other renters who want to actually make a change and start a neighborhood watch or something smaller. start calling the police after making the landlord aware or these issues meet once a month or weekly. I'm just saying you want change make it Happen!

I been living here for 2 years now. This new has been a headache. I had my vehicle breaking in 4 times. I had told management but they said they don't have enough funds to hire security. Windows have been broken. Strange men walking a round and digging through our trash. Finding needles on the ground in our prayers parking lot. Management are aware of these situations but no fund. How can we keep our kids safe? How can we stop from these thing happening? We as American citizens need a safe place ...

to live with our kids. We pay rent on time. We expect high expectations.
