Vintage Style, Modern Amenities
October 9, 2017For the past 6 months I have lived in my comfortable apartment in SOMA on 3rdSt. This is one of the nicest apartments I have lived in. My studio apt has a very functional layout. It has been remodeled with care and attention. I love the modern energy saving new appliances particularly my new W/D. The apartment is pleasant with appealing colors, attention to detail, like Craftsman inspired interior doors and pull down handles. The building is clean, well maintained and safe with a locked entry ...door. The landlords are attentive and care about the conservation of downtown Harrisburg. Parking is an issue, however, in this part of town but I did find reasonable rates in the Amtrak lot which is a short walk. The Susquehanna is a short walk & so are the lovely Capitol grounds.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
