Good for price
December 10, 2020The walk from Hopkins is further than you’d expect so if that is your deciding factor, be mindful of that. Also with the pandemic I know many people were interested in this apartment because of the ability to terminate your lease in case classes are cancelled, but there is a catch the lease doesn't tell you: you have to find someone to relet the space before you can be released (you can't just pay termination fee and get out of it), which can be very hard to do since it is further from campus and ...might not be everyone’s first choice. They also stopped offering short term leases this year and rent increases every year even for current residents. Management is nice and will address most issues immediately, building is very clean, we’ve never seen mice but we did find out there was a roach problem after moving in. It was solved after a couple terminator visits. There’s a study lounge, gym, and common area with a kitchen that you can use at anytime (during non-COVID times.) Rooms are big, there’s a lot of storage space, appliances are dated and some don’t work fully but if it is a major issue they will address and replace. Make sure to thoroughly check out apartment when you first move in because there are somethings that they don't clean or fix before you move in and you have to find them and notify manager so you don't get charged later. Had a decent time here!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Very bad experience
August 30, 2019I lived in the Crestmont apartment for a year and it is really bad experience. The most awful thing is that the property manager was so aggressive to the residence and she made any excuses to charge you money from your security deposit. Furthermore, mice were found in the kitchen and they didn't response it quickly. Maintenance is useless also, they let residence did carpet cleaning by themselves. Do not trust any advertisement from this apartment. You will find the truth when you live there!Property Manager Responded
June 18, 2020Hi there, I'm really sorry to hear about your bad experience. I'm not sure if you lived there when it was the prior company managing the property. We recently started managing the property and have made positive changes all around. We are quick when it comes to maintenance and each unit is cleaned to the highest of standards. If you look at the pictures I just added, you can see how much of a difference it is from when you were living there. Again, I'm sorry you were around during that time. Best of luck to your future endeavors!

Best deal close to Homewood
September 23, 2015Rent is unbelievably cheap and comes with almost all facilities included. Recently they installed wifi routers in every apartment. Building is centrally air conditioned. Located close to southern gate of Homewood Campus, Johns Hopkins University. Locality is more or less safe, excellent views of Downtown or University from your window or balcony depending on whichever side your apartment faces. Management is excellent. Nicole is really helpful and efficient. Whatever issues you have, they will ...make sure to look at those as soon as possible. Add to that free pizzas, snacks every now and then, gym, study room and pool table!! If you are a grad student, like myself, this is the best deal you can come up with.Property Manager Responded
June 18, 2020Thank you so much for the nice review. We hold ourselves to the highest of standards and reviews like yours show that our hard work is clear to the residents. We certainly take pride in taking care of our residents by going above and beyond by also providing amenities such as a great gym, study room, and pool table. Seeing that you're a grad student, we wish you the best of luck to your future endeavors. Keep up the hard work!
