I LIVE HERE, IGNORE THE REVIEWS FROM JUST THE TOUR!!!!
1. The electric still goes out pretty much daily even though they've come to "fix" it twice. I asked the leasing manager about these issues after seeing another review saying the same thing about the electric and was promised it would be working before I moved in. After three weeks of living here it is still a major issue with no estimated date for being fixed.
2. The internet that is required through the building is extremely slow and is ...
making it much harder for me and my partner to work from home.
3. Ignore the large shower head and give up the idea that there's anything resembling regular water pressure. The water pressure sucks... its not the end of the world but its definitely not up to standard.
4. They'll clean the balcony before you move in best rest assured that it will be infested with spiders within days and that if you have multiple windows in your apartment like we do, the other windows will also have many spiders on them throughout.
