Very bad management
September 18, 2018Very bad management The director of the complex is very bad. Her voice very high. She likes to get money from the tenant. she always invited her family to live in the compound. She is Unhelpful. Apartments and the complex is not clean, full of insects, scorpions and cockroaches.Review from Apartments.com
Do not move here
August 16, 2018Management wants you to pay for damages after you reported once. Manager uses all parking for her family. Management towes car if you don't live in the complex. When you move out you can not throw away any garbage/furniture in the trash bin if so you will get charge extra.( Neighbor got charge $300) Very rude about deposit doesnt want to return anything back. Management charges extra for extra space parking. Neighbors are mostly old grouchy rude people since this place use to be a senior ...apartment complex.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
BAD GREEDY MANAGEMENT
May 24, 2018The on site manager steals all the parking for her family that all live there with her and her children and their boyfriend's. There is no guest parking and they will tow your car for parking in the driveway even if your unloading and not in anyone's way. The cheap old plumbing is always cloging and breaking and the greedy owner makes the renters pay to fix it. Rude manager and awful bisness owner. It's a shame because it's such a nice neighborhood.
