Very smooth move-in process. The staff is very resourceful and eager to help. The apartment is clean and very new. Wegmans is within walking distance and so is my job, so the location is perfect.

This is a really great community to live and thrive in. It is clean, safe, friendly, and very convenient. My only comment could be to add a receptionist to the Flats. Would be safer in an emergency and easier to address needs of Flats residents.

So far the apartments is good except for some things that should have been fixed before move in. My car also got towed because I wasn't given a sticker or explained how the parking works.

I think Bozzuto is doing a good job managing Haden! The resident events are getting better, i.e. Resident Appreciation Day was well done and the staff did an amazing job with the decor, setup, engaging residents with fun games, etc. We all felt appreciated! Thank you all!

I love living here and being a part of the Haden community. The staff are all friendly and professional; they quickly respond to our needs and concerns. The property is well maintained. My only concerns are, the occasional times when music is played or left on throughout the day and into the night. The sound reverberates in the courtyard which can be a bit annoying. Also, love the fact that we have beautiful gathering places, e.g., rooftop pool area and again, the courtyard. Wish fellow ...
residents would consider toning the celebrations down after 11:00 pm for those residents who may have to work the next day.
