I would not recommend
January 8, 2026The apartments are okay, and the pool is beautiful. I like how it's close to everything. However, there are clubs next door and it's loud even during the week, I often see homeless people sleeping right outside the gate. The leasing office staff is very dry and looks like they hate working there. Maintenance is fast.Review from Apartments.com

10/10 Incredible Location and Responsive, Caring Staff
January 20, 2020Camden Midtown has it all: incredibly convenient location, modern and well-maintained amenities, and responsive and caring staff. After living here for a year, I cannot recommend this apartment complex enough. My experience from living in many apartments in Houston is that no matter how cool the gym, pool, or area is, if the apartment staff is not responsive and empathetic to your resident needs, your life will be difficult. This is not at all the case at Camden Midtown. The staff (Brenda, ...Marcus, Orlando, Ariel) in particular are extremely passionate about what it means to be a Camden resident. Whether it's a happy hour or pool movie night event, or responding to a payment question, they are with you all throughout the way. I am truly appreciative to have been a resident of Camden Midtown and wish the staff all the best. Location is great but safety is concerning
June 28, 2019I have been living here for almost nine months. Pros include being in the middle of everything, walking distance to bars and food, close to downtown, nice complex but nothing special. Unfortunately the location makes it a magnet for the homeless. Since I have moved in I have had my bike stolen off my porch, where it was locked up. I have also left to go to work and found a homeless lady passed out at my door in her own puke. Not to mention the beggars everything I step outside the gates or the ...people passed out on the sidewalk. I tried to get Camden to do something regarding resident safety but so far I have seen nothing. Couldn't even check the cameras since they have been "down" for weeks. Kind of ridiculous considering the amount of money I pay per month. Needless to say I will be moving when my lease is finally over.Property Manager Responded

Due to bike theft in the Midtown are in general, we suggest that our residents not keep bikes on patios and I know that you and I have personally spoken about this in the past. Customer Oriented
January 30, 2019This property continues to impress me with their customer oriented spirit. Recently, I had an emergency at my apartment. The maintenance team sent Lazaro to take care of the situation. Lazaro was very patient and professional while helping me with my weekend emergency. He arrived quickly and immediately resolved the issue while being very courteous.. While I tried to apologize for the emergency call, he continued to remind me that he is at the service of the resident and to not hesitate to ...contact them if there is ever a problem. After completing the issue that I called for, Lazaro took it upon himself to make another small repair that would improve the ease of entry at the front door. I am very thankful for staff members like Lazaro as he helps to instill the utmost confidence in the Camden staff.Property Manager Responded

Excellent place to live
September 18, 2018I just moved in 2 weeks ago and it has been a great experience thus far. The staff go out of their way to make sure your needs are met and will do more than necessary to make sure you are up to speed with all of the finer details. Great location and managment
September 6, 2018I have only been here for a week but already feel great about our decision to live here. Chandler was awesome with answering emails and questions for the month leading up to move in. He was super friendly and responsive would highly recommend working with him! When we moved in we had issue with keys and a door in the apartment both of which where fixed within an hour of being reported. Camden Midtown Apartments
October 21, 2017I feel Camden has been a good value for me from the start of my rental. I know on occasion there has been apartments broke in to and cars vandalized, but as for me personally I haven't had any issues with that problem and have been at Camden for over a year and feel safe living on the first floor. I just always remain vigilant and make all attempts to be aware of my surroundings going in and out and it is always best to verify after going through gates who is coming in behind you and their ...actions or intentions and that goes for any place no matter where you may live or are at. The office staff has always been cordial and I have had no issues as for getting assistance on anything I have ask of them whether it be an apartment issue or when making suggestions for improvements at the complex. All suggestions may not be performed, but they have listened and said they would try to address them if possible. I think that changing from Phonoscope to a different cable company would be a big improvement and needs to be looked in to very soon. Maintenance department has always been efficient and performed in a positive manner. As for me I am satisfied with Camden Midtown accommodations.Property Manager Responded

Transportation paradise!!
May 10, 2017This community is stunning and full of life; it's like your own personal zen garden in the center of the city! The view from the rooftop is phenomenal, it's in walking distance from all of the best bars, and the swimming pools feel like a resort. The staff is very welcoming and makes it really feel like home.
