Small Home Town Feel!!!
March 21, 2025Halcyon is not a big operation and for this reason they truly care about each individual. They have done so much for my family as they have treated us as family. Jason will do everything he can to make your Home feel like its your Home. Why waste money on an apartment that has no space and all the issues apartment living comes with. You can choose the floor plan and add a fence for your own privacy. They maintain all the yard work and very quick to resolve any issue you may have. I love it here
March 2, 2025I have paid rent in many places and I have to say that this place is worth every penny! I moves into a new build and the layout and finishes are wonderful. The clubhouse is nice and the pool/ fireplace area is cozy. Having a free standing home without all of the home owner troubles was a great selling point. The option to get a fence if I wanted it for my dog was a plus. The staff and owners are about as family like as you can ask for. pros and cons
September 30, 2023Its a nice community don't get me wrong but I believe the price of rent should include pest control and trash(extra $35) at the very least. Homes aren't really built with standards sort of just put them up to get people to rent them out. You have to pay a extra $100 A MONTH if you want a fence that's a extra 1,200 for the year THAT'S JUST CRAZY. Construction crew leaves trash around. They are priced as if the pool and playground are already built. We decided to move because you can find a house ...in the area to rent that include more with lower rent amount.
