February 5, 2018hale kahakai is a bad place to rent n live at,too much new manangements,is very annoying.and there is an RATS problem in the apartment unit we was living at.thats why we moved out there.alot of reasons. why. because of there is a drug dealer living at the second floor.nothing have taking care of it,too much break ins.there is more to this place hale kahakai.Review from Apartments.com
