Worst place to live during a pandemic!

I'm a person who spends most of my time outside the home. This community is not acceptable even when you spend most of your time outside your home. There were many times that I came home to realize that bath tub and toilet is flooded and the sewage found its way to the living area! In one instance we had to wait the entire day for someone to come and fix it. I've changed the shower curtain 2-3 times by now!

pandemic! The walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbors talking or even when their cellphones vibrates. Let alone when the kids scream or they do other things!
But the worst part for me was when they started to do construction work on the unit above. The noise is so unbearable that I had to either cancel my zoom/webex meetings or go to my car so I can hear or talk. Let alone the embarrassment of the other colleagues keep telling me that there is a very bad noise coming from my side! The situation is so unlivable that I can't get my work done. When I complained, the answer was that construction work is part of your contract so live with it. This construction situation is still going on to this day! I'm seriously thinking about paying the penalty and breaking the lease so I can at least maintain my sanity! Do yourself a favor and stay away!
