April 19, 2025I think in general the building is great, although I think sometimes the halls are clean, and lot of people are smoking weed. The building is very calm and feels safe. But it is important to note that there are some drug dealers in the corner of our building which makes it dangerous.Property Manager Responded

March 8, 2025Moving in has been amazing. Everyone is so helpful. The place is gorgeous, and this is the first apartment that literally smell good everywhere you walk. I’ve been in so many luxury apartments that smell funny or flat out stink. February 12, 2025Lovely complex, great staff (both leasing office and maintenance). Whenever I put in a maintenance order, they get to it immediately. I love having that reliability. I’ve met some neighbors, they’re nice and polite in the hallways. Clean hallways most of the time, and if it’s not, it’ll get cleaned soon after I notice it.Property Manager Responded
