June 24, 2025We will not be renewing our lease here due to people being disrespectful of volume at the pool at night. We wake up at 5am. If it was them, they would be annoyed too. I wish there was clear hours about noise. We understand it’s summer, but to be woken up by loud screams is extremely disrespectful to those who also live in this community. These people also let their guest take up our parking spaces as I’ve seen them use their parking sticker to let others in. They also not mindful of picking up ...after themselves so the shared space is not always kept clean. Very disappointed because the apartment itself is very nice and a good space to live in if it wasn’t for external factors.Property Manager Responded

April 19, 2025I think in general the building is great, although I think sometimes the halls are clean, and lot of people are smoking weed. The building is very calm and feels safe. But it is important to note that there are some drug dealers in the corner of our building which makes it dangerous.Property Manager Responded

March 8, 2025Moving in has been amazing. Everyone is so helpful. The place is gorgeous, and this is the first apartment that literally smell good everywhere you walk. I’ve been in so many luxury apartments that smell funny or flat out stink.
