This apt. wasn't a perfect fit for me but there are some things that are great about it. It is fairly private but only a short walk and you have major grocery stores and a variety of small stores and eatery's including a Baskin Robins, my favorite. Also Willamalane park and swimming recreation center. The common areas are well maintained including an outdoor pool that is open during the summer as well as a sauna. To be honest I had some frustrations with neighbors but in general a nice quiet ...
little place with a good touch of Pretty pine trees and green grass making it a sort of oasis just off to the side of hustle and bustle. My particular apt. was very outdated but I have seen inside some of the other rentals and they have newer apliances and carpet. Hope this helps. :)
