The place is pretty much a dump. The old 1960 units which are the back 5 have no fan in the restrooms the new 1980 units which are the 2 front ones have fans. The old apartments still have the false wood paneling the floors are needing repairs and management wont listen to their tenants. Black mold grows in the bathroom and is a pain to clean. They have a homeless problem that they have tradged the trash area and destroyed the door to the managers office more than once. Due to that your paying ...
