Lived here for almost 2 years. The complex is huge spread out awesome amenities in and outside. I love the management. They’re easy-going great conversations every time I go down to pay my rent get my free coffee and fill up the coffee station. maintenance is amazing. they’re clean And efficient. Plenty of parking the residence are OK hard to make friends though because people move in and out of here so much you never know who is who at night there’s plenty of lighting. outdated hallway a little small and rugs need to be changed apartments are a little bit pricey but we are going into 2026 and well it’s expected but if you think about it with all the awesome amenities, you have a gym got a pool a dog park a dog grooming station Barbecue area basketball court tennis court area, which is all included in your rent as well as a conference room oh let me tell you the bathrooms in the clubhouse. I feel like I’m in a mansion so if you considering a new place move to consider Halstead Country Side Village happy holidays.
