The staffs at Halstead have been really helpful since the first time I did the tour of the property. Kaylynn, and AJ are the two who patiently responding to every questions and issues I have had prior to my move in day and during my first month living there. so far I enjoyed my apartment. I like how close it is to the main road but also quiet at night. I had some issues with trash and cardboards pick ups but thanks to the responsive staffs, all were taken care of.

I love living here. Staff is amazing, especially the prompt, efficient, and friendly maintenance workers. The surrounding areas are rich with activities, including dining, shopping (in various shopping centers and a mall), and two movie theaters within 1.5 miles. It is so easy to walk to all of those places Still wish there was a bike rack!

My partner, cat and I are having a great time here :) Maintenance has been on top of everything and I have no complaints! Although we initially weren’t a fan of the all carpeted floors the joy of living here has put aside those feelings. Location is also great. I love being able to walk to restaurants and stores near by.

A wonderful place to live! Maintenance is great, always responding quickly. The office staff and manager Donna will do anything to help and are always friendly and courteous. The grounds are always kept well maintained and improvements are done on a regular basis. I've lived here for a long time and will continue to do so.

It was pleasant. Office was prompt with everything. Maintenance was top notch. They always came really quickly and got apartment issues resolved. I wish they let us use Ring cameras though.

It’s very comfortable and easy living here. My apartment is the perfect location for me. The entire staff is very resident friendly and they go above and beyond expectations. They care about the needs and well being of the residents. The communication is great. The grounds are well kept so I feel proud when I have visitors. They do extra nice activities for the residents. Maintenance is outstanding. My family really appreciates the amenities. This place was the right choice for me.

Very laid back and relaxed community. Great amenities and location! Noise levels are mostly low except for the occasional siren from emergency vehicles on the main road. Overall would recommend!
