October 26, 2024I just want to send the excellent customer and maintenance Services to the leasing staff, especially to Jackie and Morning. Jackie and Morning always are attentive to your needs with respect. They always make sure your request is resolve as soon as possible. La inseguridad de acá es muy mala, cualquier persona entra y sale las puertas de acceso están abiertas 24/7 . January 20, 2020Looked up a lot of similar apartments in Norcross before deciding to move in here. Very happy with my decision. The staff is always smiling and ready to assist. Rude and mean
June 23, 2016I lived here for one year and from the day I moved in every staff member in the office were very rude and nasty towards me and my family. We moved in the dish washer was hooked up correctly so we had a flood in the kitchen. Once we moved in we noticed that there was a bug problem and that considered me because at the time my daughter was 8 months. We weren't told until after we moved in that the previous neighbor downstairs had a roach infestation and we basically had to deal with the bugs. The ...tubs weren't done properly so every time we took a shower white stuff was on the bottom of our feet and not to mention the rust around the tub that they covered up with chalk. The air conditioner went out on more than two occasion in June and July and we were told it wasn't an emergency they would bring us a fan. We were told by a maintenance staff that they needed to replace the air unit but we're only told to do a temporary fix. We also told by Cynthia that the walk ways would be clean and it wasn't until months later after several work orders that the ground lady came and through down bleach so imagine smelling bleach in the summer outside your door for days. We were never late on our rent and very repeatable but somehow we were told our lease wouldn't be renewed because we were unhappy. Unhappy in regards in how we were treated in trying to get stuff fixed so we can live comfortably. I've never been told that I couldn't renew my lease until I moved here only because I put in a few work orders. Now they are trying to charge me for carpet cleaning and cleaning of bathtubs that weren't properly done when we moved in.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
amazing staff and great community
September 30, 2015The leasing consultants, maintenance and managers are all very professional, especial Benita! She is a rockstar! I loved the exterior of the community because it is well kept. When i inquired about a one bedroom Benita knew all of the information about each available floorplan in detail without hesitation. Once i saw the spacious apartment model I was sold. Although this community has a small staff they were on top of renovation/maintenance statuses and requests at their busiest times. September 29, 2015Pace Crossing has a good amount of space for the two bedrooms. It's pretty decent to live at Pace Crossing. It feel like your in a house with cuts and turn through out the space. We've had some troubles come through but not bad enough to make you move. We cant predict on what's going to happen but, we must Move on and except what happens and continue to live peaceful. Overall Pace Crossing is a good place to stay. Very accessible to restaurants of your choice and a quick route to I-285.Review from Apartments.com

September 23, 2015I tried to move into this complex almost 2 years ago but nothing was available. This time an apartment was available and on the walk in level! I was so excited!!! Finally everything was a go and fell right into place! The same leasing agent was here from 2 years ago and still her bright bubbly self. The staff is very helpful and friendly! August 3, 20152 bedroom has a great layout. Too many bugs! DON'T live on bottom floor! The people who works in the leasing office have nasty attitudes. But other than that it's okay living there.
