The community itself is safe, peaceful, and generally quiet. Maintenance is 10/10—always helpful and professional. However, the leasing office is the biggest issue. They are not supportive when life happens and will make things harder instead of working with you.
Brittany specifically left a bad impression. She starts off overly nice to get good reviews and commissions, but once you’re locked into a lease, the attitude completely changes. Zero empathy, zero humility. Please don’t fall for the ...
fake friendliness—it doesn’t last.
They charge extremely high fees on top of already expensive rent. On top of that, they give very last-minute notice for pest control and community events. Pest control has even entered units at inconvenient times without proper notice.
Not everyone in the office is bad—Mr. Willy is the BEST part of this community. Always genuine, friendly, and proud of his work. Unfortunately, the rest of the office staff brings the overall experience down.
If you plan to live here, make sure your finances are beyond stable because they will not work with you during hard times. Once you sign the lease, you’re on your own.
