January 13, 2016My wife's car was towed out of the apartment complex because we did not have the correct permit on the windshield. Turns out they hired a new manager and switched towing company. We were never notified that we had to get new permits and were charged a 300.00 fee! We both went to the office and even spoke with corporate about the situation but they were no help at all, they were rude towards my wife and not only them but also the maintenance guy towards me.
