GREAT LOCATION FAMILY RUN
December 1, 2016The maintenance is prompt. I have lived here for years, they always get their rugs and hallways professionally steam cleaned. They just did them this week. The snow is plowed in a timely fashion, and the entrances are shoveled and salted. Management is on site, and maintenance is great with 24hr emergency maintenance. Great apt great location
August 2, 2015Hamburg Heights is a great apartment complex. The hallways could use a little updating but the apartment itself is excellent. Currently in 2 bedroom with a large living area and wonderful kitchen. Bathroom is very practical. Community coin laundry on each floor is very convenient. Easy access to Camp road and Southwestern. The worst apartment ever!!
July 22, 2015You don't want to rent here. We were desperate for an apartment as we were living in our truck for a week. That's another story. We had no choice but to take this apt. because we had a big dog. The apt. was filthy, never cleaned or painted. Blood was on the master bedroom wall's and in the bedroom. Can't wait to get out of here. Want to go back to Florida as soon as we can save up some money.Review from Apartments.com
