Ms. Gwen our manager and Mr.Cruz take excellent care of our apartments and the property itself.
Ms. Gwen is always seen doing something to keep our Hamilton Crossing in top shape.
Ms. Gwen always have activities during the holidays to create a bonding community that is able to meet and enjoy our neighbors company in a relaxed environment.

Mr. Cruz always responds quickly to any work order we put in. Recently our A/C shut itself off and Mr. Cruz came over and diagnosed the AC issue and ...
got it to working like new again. Mr. Cruz maintenance knowledge and skills shows when ever we have issues that needs maintenance attention or just keeping the place functioning at a high level. He keeps our pool clean and functioning. He’s more than able to maintain our living conditions.
My wife and I appreciate all that Ms.Gwen and Mr.Cruz does for our community here at Hamilton Crossing to make it a wonderful place to live.

Moved into the complex when it was fairly new. Pool area, exercise room for seniors, common dining room with computers, TV(cable) and kitchen all nice. Complex restroom and laundry room nice Kept clean. The complex is normally quiet after hours. One single problem as any apartment residents can suspect. Residents, whether its their family visiting or friends with bad and nasty habits are always needing to clean up after. All said complex is still very nice.
