Renters Reviews and Ratings
Horrible
November 28, 2021Too expensive, constant sirens, elevator down every other month, hot water down every 2-3 months, no parking anywhere near, stairwells never clean, security doors always left open or broken, garage door always open, corner of two busy streets with loud traffic, nothing in the area, dangerous neighborhood, and they're raising rents significantly.Review from Apartments.com
An all-around great living experience!
March 15, 2021I lived at Hamilton Apartments for two years and loved every minute of my time there. The flooring, appliances, and finishes are of good quality, and the rooftop has an incredible unobstructed view of Mount Rainier, Bellevue, and Mount Baker on a clear day. Lori, the property manager, is an absolute joy and is extremely attentive to the needs of the community. Lori and the Redside Partners team have made several key improvements over the past two years, including adding an Amazon Hub Apartment ...Locker, securing the front door and stairwell, and putting a film on the lobby windows so that passersby cannot see packages left in the lobby. The maintenance crew is great and typically resolves issues within one to two days. The location is good because you're close to stops for several key bus routes (11, 8, 48, 43), and it's a 15-20 minute walk to the Pike-Pine corridor and a 15-minute walk to the Arboretum. And finally, KinDee offers some great Thai food on the ground floor of the building. Do yourself a favor and go on a tour to see the building for yourself -- you won’t regret it!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
