My time at Hampshire Estates(18months) started off polite/professional from everyone I interreacted with to the property itself. But that all changed abruptly with expansion of construction almost 6-7 days a week for sometimes 12hrs a day. I was given a gift card to Starbucks for the "inconvenience" that's just the start. The apartments I can only describe as being built from origami paper, you will hear everything your neighbor is doing down to them coughing( I really wish I was lying). I would ...

Lived at Hampshire for two years and I couldn't recommend it enough! Eric is a great landlord and Sarah helped make the application process easy for me. The complex as a whole is very well maintained and everyone was friendly. I felt very safe in the community and the location is great - close enough to everything but far enough away with some privacy. Loved living here!

There were so many nights that I was awoken from sleep by the baby in the room below me crying. So many nights it was hard to even get to sleep because I felty like the neighbors below me were living in my own apartment with all the noise I heard.
