The best bang for your buck in Akron
November 9, 2020I have lived at hampshire house since mid 2018 and I’ve lived every minute of it. Electricity is included in rent, AND the place has central AC. That alone (for me) is enough to leave a 5 star review. Cable TV is included in rent as well. There’s a laundry area and trash chute (!!!!!!) on each floor. The building is a giant concrete fortress and it’s very difficult to hear your neighbors at all. I feel extremely safe here, you need a key to enter the building and an additional key to enter your ...unit. There are also cameras in the common areas. The cleaning staff and Joe, the maintenance guy, are extremely kind people. Joe and the other maintenance guy (not sure of his name) take care of maintenance requests very quickly. I absolutely love this place. There’s a reason for the waitlist! Eventually i will move on and buy my first home- but i will always think of hampshire house fondly and recommend it to everyone who asks.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
good location
August 14, 2015This apartment building is in walking distance to just about everything library, grocery store, eateries, pharmacy, movie theatre, bus route, banks and so much more. It is a nice building to live in especially for college students.Review from Apartments.com
