Stay Away from this building!

August 6, 2021 - Review from Apartments.com

I lived in the building for more than 10 years. I see water leak happens all over the building! Management does not know how to fix the root cause! Residents are suffering from the water leak issue for years! Maintenance people are very unreliable and incredibly unpunctual. I hear the fault fire alarm several times a year! Home should be the place to relax, but if you stay here... forget it, nothing but tremendous amount of stress! My advise is to just stay away from this building!

It’s not lavish as they describe. Co-op board are stuck up and only do what they want!! There not for the people!! there amenities a gym that’s a rat hole, there a pool ur better off going to community pool. Place is a DUMP!!!
