I lived at Hampton Court for 6 years. The property is kept immaculate, including the pool and laundry facilities. George the landlord is very kind and if you have a problem in your unit he will fix it immediately and hes open to conversation and treats everyone with the utmost respect. Highly recommend. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because there's no laundry in your unit.

The Owner and Management is very picky, they are really restricted they will bond you in contract. In short They just want some body to pay the rent and don't use there apartment. Because of them I hit landlord and property managers name notes by notes and they made us break the lease $1500. Be careful!!!!
