If you need maintenance in your apartment, you may take weeks before it gets done.
January 15, 2019terrible maintenance, take weeks to repair something, it is a lie that there is Internet, few places in the parking lot, the small pool that had been closed, the grass very poorly maintained, was better with the previous owners, at least any maintenance order they did Quick.Property Manager Responded

Not what it used to be
June 15, 2018If you're considering moving here, don't. It's not what it used to be. There is no maintenance person that comes to pick up trash around the complex, there are no amenities, they just recently filled the small pool with sand. If you need maintenance in your apartment, you may or may not get it. If you do, it may take a few days or even weeks before it gets done. They don't take care of the lawn, grass and weeds all over. When the owner doesn't take care of the property neither do the ...tenants. It's been said that when tenants move out, they don't even paint the apartment for new tenants. Dog poop all over. They don't address not picking up dog poop. It used to be a very nice well kept small community. Not any more. It's managed by Renter's Warehouse and they are terrible.
