Improving Property

We didn’t have a manager for a while but since we’ve had this new manager since October it’s been getting better. My rent is never processed late anymore and I can tell that she cares and is trying to improve the building. When I have frustrations about my apartment she is always nice to talk to and she listens. I’ve notice an improvement with maintenance as well. I’m so thankful we have this new manager to help the quality of living at this property.

The management is inept in losing paperwork and checks, the units are not well maintained, it is difficult to get maintenance for highlighted issues, and the residents are Rude and crazy. Many act prejudiced against those with physical disabilities and who need (and are allowed) service animals. What more needs to be said?? A 12-month lease is Way too long!

I went by on Sunday to look @ the apartment being built & I was the first one's to complete a contact card & hoping to move into a one bedroom in 2017. the layout is beautiful & the neighborhood appears to be safe. I am a senior citizen who is 61 years of age & I meet income requirements.
