The plan to visit was so poor, I hope others look for better recommendations for your new home. I scheduled an appointment to view this property; to only arrive 15 mins early, wait 10 more minutes after my assigned schedule time for a tour and nobody is here to greet at the leasing office. Make it worst, the leasing office is literally closed once I arrive to the property. So, if you really want to move here, know that getting in touch with the leasing office will be very, very difficult. You ...

My husband and I have lived here for a little over two years and we’ve had zero complaints! I spend a lot of time at home and love the peace and quiet am able to get all my work done have never had any issues. We’re on the first floor and the washer and dryer is also on the first floor which is very convenient for us . It’s been an amazing space when we needed somewhere to move to and we loved it so much we decided renew the lease that’s how great it’s been here . The perfect place for couples ...

hi Ive only been here for a short amount of time but i can tell you ive never felt more at peace. the apartments are updated especially for the price. The staff is amazing always there whenever you need them. I literally walk two steps to a clean laundry room open 24 hours how convenient for a mom that works 11 hours a day.

I moved in Hanover park blu apartment on May 27th, 2022. A rat came in my bedroom through the baseboard heater on the night of May 29th, 2022. I spent 4 hours covering the heater baseboard with duct tape. DO NOT MOVE HERE! YOU WILL LOSE YOUR PEACE OF MIND FOREVER!

We are sorry to hear that you have not had the best start to moving into your new apartment. Unfortunately, a mouse, as you stated on your work order, did make his way into your home. As soon as we were notified, we contacted you and dispatched our maintenance team to inspect for any entry holes and set up traps. Furthermore, we have our Pest control vendor scheduled for your unit and are closely monitoring the status.
We thank you for your prompt notification which we received this morning, and we will make sure this is resolved as quickly as possible. We take pest control issues very seriously. We have regular scheduled pest control visits, inspections, plus we encourage all residents to notify us immediately on any issues.
