February 26, 2026After living here for a while, I feel like I should share my experience for anyone considering moving in. The property itself looks nice on the surface, and that’s what attracts people, but for the price we’re paying, the way management handles basic safety and resident support is absurd. During the recent storm, I slipped and fell on a wet ceramic floor in a common area where there were no warning signs posted at all, even in an area that they know can get slippery in bad weather. That’s basic ...safety that should never be overlooked. When severe weather hits and cars get stuck in the lot, support for residents feels inconsistent and selective. Simple things like making shovels available or having a proactive plan to help residents deal with the conditions aren’t treated as a standard responsibility, but more like a favor. Overall, management comes across as unprofessional and very poorly organized for a community at this price point. Great Place
November 10, 2025I've been living here for 8 months and I love the place! I love my apartment , and I do love the amenities. My favorite thing about this place is probably the staff. Briana has been amazing since day 1. I can always reach out to her and she responds quickly... There are a few things I wish would change.. the intercom, for the modernness of the building we should have a better system. Trash system... Behind the Smile: Aggressive and Disorganized Management
July 17, 2025This community has serious internal issues that management just doesn’t seem interested in fixing. The building often smells like strong marijuana in common areas, including hallways, at all hours. If you're sensitive to odors or have kids, this alone is a dealbreaker. Worse than that, the office staff operate in complete disarray. Messages don’t get passed along, important updates are delayed or never communicated, and you’ll find yourself constantly wondering who’s even in charge. The front ...office is quick to act when it benefits them but strangely silent or aggressive when they’re the ones at fault. There's a noticeable lack of accountability and professionalism that leaves tenants feeling like targets instead of valued residents. If you’re looking for a place with real management, clear communication, and a clean, safe atmosphere — this isn’t it.
