    I've been living here for 8 months and I love the place! I love my apartment , and I do love the amenities. My favorite thing about this place is probably the staff. Briana has been amazing since day 1. I can always reach out to her and she responds quickly... There are a few things I wish would change.. the intercom, for the modernness of the building we should have a better system. Trash system... Other than that, I do love my place and would recommend it to anyone

  • Behind the Smile: Aggressive and Disorganized Management

    This community has serious internal issues that management just doesn’t seem interested in fixing. The building often smells like strong marijuana in common areas, including hallways, at all hours. If you're sensitive to odors or have kids, this alone is a dealbreaker. Worse than that, the office staff operate in complete disarray. Messages don’t get passed along, important updates are delayed or never communicated, and you’ll find yourself constantly wondering who’s even in charge. The front ...
    office is quick to act when it benefits them but strangely silent or aggressive when they’re the ones at fault. There's a noticeable lack of accountability and professionalism that leaves tenants feeling like targets instead of valued residents. If you’re looking for a place with real management, clear communication, and a clean, safe atmosphere — this isn’t it. The longer you stay, the more you realize: they care more about appearances than actually supporting the people who live here.

    From the moment I walked in, I felt the luxury at Hanover Weymouth. The courtyard and Clubsuite is perfect for any size gathering. If you have a pet look no further! The dog park is my favorite amenity as not many places offer the service. All apartment homes are spacious and amazing walk in closets.The office team is even better. Tijana and her team made me feel welcome and answered all my questions!
