You will hear your neighbors walking, talking, having intimate moments. Every apartment has this issue because the floors have poor insulation. No peace or privacy. Major highway is directly next to the complex. It is loud and can be heard inside most apartments, especially ones closest to it, and all across the property. No peace. Management is unresponsive and rude.

"Luxury" is a Stretch

We lived here for 7 months, and while some of the amenities are nice (the pool was a nice touch in the summer), the units have thin walls and ceilings, and management needs some work. Both my surrounding units had constant barking dogs, and despite the number of complaints from me and other neighbors, management never took action or cared. We had a family with kids that lived above us, and the noise was unbearable at times because of the thin ceilings. We never felt supported by the management ...
office. Not all of the tenants wore masks inside the shared building areas either, which didn't make us feel safe. Honestly, the building looks nice from the outside, but calling themselves "luxury" and charging the amount that they're charging is definitely a stretch. Maybe we were just unlucky, but I wouldn't choose to live there again.

My move back to Mystic was perfect timing . . . Harbor Heights had just started renting and I fell in love with The Pearl! It is truly like being at a resort every day! I have also been fortunate enough to meet some incredibly wonderful people who started as aquaintances and I now consider dear friends. I love being "off the beaten path" but so very close to the ocean, Enders Island, downtown Mystic and many restaurants. The developer simply hit a home run with exceptional taste and ...

We have been renting at Harbor Heights for 3 months and couldn’t be happier. Recently sold our house in Florida to move back to CT to be closer grandchildren and was lucky to find HH and we couldn’t be happierThe people are extremely friendly and the amenities are superb. We also love the location being close to restaurants, downtown Mystic, the Seaport and Aquarium. We would highly recommend Harbor Heights. We also like that there are a variety of residents from young professionals to empty ...
