Amazing environment hands on management
December 2, 2025I love this complex so much, everybody’s friendly & there’s a nice view!!….Management is top tier, like don’t play with the girls lol you’ll have to see for yourself to understand but I love Ms. Tiffany she’s so hands on and will make sure you are taken care of in the best way she can, love that. Long Term Resident
March 7, 2024We have lived at Harbor Pointe for almost 5 years. We have had nothing but positive experiences - with our apartment itself, with our neighbors, with the neighborhood, with the maintenance crew, and with the office staff/managers. There have been changes amongst the staff and management team but as a tenant, I wouldn't necessarily know it from the seamless transitions and continued high degree of responsiveness and care for the property that I've observed. I find it extremely peaceful and easy ...to live at Harbor Pointe and I don't ever think about moving, which is something I have not experienced before. Special thanks to our new property manager, Christiaan, and his assistant, Mia, who recently helped me quickly and efficiently with a leasing question I had. Christiaan was also extremely helpful and responsive during the cold snap we had this winter, when a pipe burst in the basement leaving the building without heat for a short time. Both Neil, the maintenance supervisor, and Christiaan were quick to offer resolution, updates, and assurances that the problem was being fixed. Running a huge complex like this with the attendant myriad problems that must arise can't be easy but I never feel like my concerns aren't important or timely addressed. We will continue to live here enjoying our wonderful lake view as long as they'll have us!Property Manager Responded

Friendly & Helpful Staff
November 7, 2022The leasing office staff, specifically Brianna, was very helpful & understanding during my circumstances when I had to move out of the apartments before my lease ended. She was prompt to give me answers & feedback and guided me in the right direction to find help. Nice apartment and neighborhood
April 25, 2022I have lived in a 2-bedroom apartment for almost a year now and it’s been great. It’s so quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Maintenance is nice and always fixes what we need as soon as they can. The office staff is nice to talk to. Don't Believe Everything You See.
August 19, 2021After seeing the beautiful pictures online of the property I scheduled a tour. The picture on the cover is the leasing office, alongside with pictures of the office being shown. I viewed a 1 bedroom after requesting to see a 3 bed. As soon as i walked in there was this awful smell just the appearance made me want to turn around right away, the smell was "garbage" because someone dragged there garbage through the hallway, which is disgusting. The apartment overall was okay cant really say much ...because I didn't view the one as I requested. The appearance of the apartment was literally nothing as the pictures so to save you time I wouldn't recommend.Property Manager Responded

I hate it
August 14, 2020This place seemed great at first, clean, gym,pool, looks nice. Well it's not. They only clean out side the buildings if they have a showing. Any time after it is disgusting. And good luck getting water pressure on 2nd floor. And you like going to the gym? Well only half the the stuff works. And even without the covid the pool was never open. Like 2 of the staff members are nice and the rest are not. There are so many other stories I could tell you but I dont have the time and when you rent this ...place you sign the year lease 5 months before your lease is up you need to resign or your rent goes up.Property Manager Responded
